How did you get the guy up in a tree?
I created the pose in Milkshape (It's a 3d program), then I used Miche's animation converter to import it into the game. Check out this thread for more detailed instructions on how to do that.

How did you make the glass break?
This shot wasn't made in the game. I just took a picture in Sims and used it as a background in 3ds max, and then I made the animation of the glass breaking.

How did you make the neighboring houses show up?
If you have Nightlife, there will be an option to see the surrounding houses under "game options -> neighbors -> on/off".

What expansions did you use?
Sims 2 University and Nightlife

Where can I download the club?
I don't share my sets, but this one was easy to turn into a playable lot. Not all cc will be included. You can download it here
